Workforce Apartments in South Austin
Cadena at The Falls is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 80 percent of median household income. To qualify for our workforce South Austin apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 80% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Median Family Income 80%:
- 1-person home may earn no more than $78,160 annually
- 2-person home may earn no more than $93,800 annually
- 3-person home may earn no more than $108,360 annually
- 4-person home may earn no more than $120,880 annually
- 5-person home may earn no more than $133,400 annually
Income Verification:
To begin the application for Cadena, we ask that you present the following documents:
- Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
- Bank Statement for most recent month
- Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
- Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
Please note that additional documentation and program forms may be requested. Income eligibility for the affordable rental program does not guarantee that an Applicant will qualify for a lease. Reach out to the apartment complex directly for leasing qualifications and requirements.
Disclosure of Rental Requirements & Housing Choice Voucher Acceptance
We accept applicants for residents participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program subject to their meeting all the other rental criteria for the property. Annual income recertifications and documentation related thereto will be required of all residents residing in these lower income units.
